2025 was nothing short of exciting.
It was a year filled with growth, meaningful relationships, big wins, hard-earned lessons, and countless moments that reminded us why we love what we do. We helped families find homes, sellers reach new milestones, investors move forward with confidence, and teammates grow into stronger versions of themselves. It was busy, rewarding, challenging, and unforgettable.
And instead of slowing down… we dove straight into 2026.
This year is already shaping up to be one of focus, intention, and forward momentum. We’re continuing to help our clients clearly define their goals — whether that means buying their first home, upgrading to the next chapter, investing wisely, or selling with confidence — and then building real, actionable plans to help them reach and exceed those goals.
At the same time, we’re holding ourselves to the same standard.

We’re also excited to share that we’ve added two outstanding new realtors to the MR10 Realty family: Spencer Moore and Robert Barker.
Both bring incredible energy, a strong work ethic, and the kind of positive, growth-focused mindset that elevates everyone around them. Even more importantly, they each have the heart, discipline, and drive to truly thrive in an industry that is meant for them. We couldn’t be more excited to have them in the mix as we continue building something special together.
Our growth isn’t accidental.
Thanks to the dedication of our entire team, we’ve achieved over 30% growth in sales volume year after year for the past three years — a milestone we’re incredibly proud of and deeply grateful for. That kind of progress only happens when talented people commit to excellence, collaboration, and serving clients at the highest level.
We’re also proud of the leadership and community involvement that strengthens our brand beyond real estate. Martha’s active role with the West Knoxville/Farragut Chamber of Commerce has helped deepen our local connections and strengthen the relationships that make this community special. And we’re especially excited for her upcoming Casino Night event — a fantastic example of bringing people together, supporting local business, and having some fun along the way.
